Valentine Koppenhöfer

She has been working in the field of exhibition design since 1998. As a stage designer, she has had engagements at the Bavarian State Opera, the Theater an der Wien, the Stuttgart State Theater, the Hamburg Playhouse, the Vienna Festival and the Semperoper Dresden. In 2010 she founded the studio scenography valentine koppenhöfer, an interdisciplinary team of architects, scenographers and graphic designers. They have won numerous competitions including the Kleist Museum in Frankfurt/Oder, the Württemberg State Museum, a temporary exhibition in the Bern Historical Museum and the Humboldt Forum in Berlin. In 2019, the svk team won the competition for the Margravial Opera House Museum in Bayreuth, which opened in April 2023.
